In 2014, two years into my Upland Consulting journey, I had a 3am moment. We could take the best work that the best boards and advisors do for the best businesses, and make all that accessible and relevant to our regional small-to- medium business owners. The regional business scene is energetic, diverse, innovative… and under-served with professional advice. That’s why I founded Upland.
